Jon Duschinsky – Fundraiser, professional speaker

Jon Duschinsky is the founder of bethechange.
Jon was founding member of the fundraising group Cascaid.
He has been a board member of the European Fundraising Association and both the Chair and Director of the French Institute of Fundraising.
Jon works hands-on advising NGOs, universities, schools, cultural organisations and research centres around the world - creating and delivering made-to-measure capacity-building programmes of training and consultancy.
He is a professional speaker at over 20 annual high-profile international events and faculty at universities in Europe and the US.

   

Lou Lanos - International Client Director

After leading and managing sales team in the corporate sector for nearly ten years, Lou joined the voluntary sector to bring her expertise in income generation to serve nonprofit organisations. She brings to the table a unique mix of business acumen and understanding of fundraising issues. Lou has worked with and for numerous charities and NGOs, particularly in France and the United Kingdom, supporting and optimising their approach to fundraising. She participated in the implementation of virtual giving websites, the development of new media strategies and the launch of national campaigns. Lou specialises in the development and the implementation of innovative fundraising strategies and is a certified member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Hugh McCaw - Senior Consultant

Hugh has spent many years working in the voluntary sector for several regional and national charities at the highest level. A well-known and respected member of the charity industry, Hugh is a former trustee of the Institute of Fundraising UK, an experienced consultant and distinguished keynote speaker. His commitment and contribution to the sector was rewarded recently, when he was made a Fellow of Institute of Fundraising UK.

   

Marianne Maillot

Marianne has been working for 25 years in culture, education, international development and sustainable development areas. She has worked or counseled non-profit organizations, local authorities and corporations in marketing, communication, partnerships management and fundraising issues.
Marianne was a member of the fundraising team of the Musée des Confluences in Lyon, France.
She's part of the French Fundraisers Association's board of directors. She teaches at the ISCOM (French Business School) and regularly runs training programs in higher education schools, at the French Fundraisers Association and in seminars and conferences devoted to philanthropy.
